Hello there,
Since the last release I've been working more on the game. Here are the various updates :
New features
Characters
- All characters now feature usable skills in battle with cooldowns, and those skills are advertised properly in a tooltip in both battle and global character menu.
- Some skills deal damages to all enemies at once, or at random.
- Some skills can heal multiples characters at once
- Some skills boost an element or a character attack
- Some skills provide critical ability that deals three time the damages upon critical
- Some skills put enemies to sleep, slow them down and prevent them to attack you
- More and more to discover, every character has a different skill
- All characters now have a passive skill effect that is applied at the beginning of the battle and which is also showcased in the global character menu. It can be passive boosts, enemies debuffs, hp increases, speed modifiers, unique traits and more. Collect the characters and explore them by yourself !
Battles
- Battles now have an aggro system and makes it more dynamic, you may need different kind of character and switch targets to prevent your weaker character to get targeted and killed.
- All characters generate aggro for each damages inflicted or heal provided
- Tanks character generate 3 time more aggro than other characters toward their actual target
- Heal characters generate aggro toward all enemies at once every time they provide a heal
- Damages dealt generate aggro only toward the attacked target
Shop
- A shop has been created and allow you to purchase different materials and summoning stones for Gold.
- It'll keep being improved in the future to feature flash sales, limited stock, restocks over time, and more kind of purchasable.
- A cosmetic shop will be added later to provide different choice of character skins.
Achievements & Quest
- An achievement menu has been added showcasing all reachable achievements in the game and how to get every single of them, tracking your progression.
- A quest menu has been added, packing the achievements in easy to follow progress. That showcase your global progresses in the game and can help you in taking decisions on what to do within the game.
- Gifts (under the shape of gold and summoning stones) can be claimed upon completion of every achievements and quests.
Bug-fixes
The player level account now increase properly every time the player earn XP. The player account level is part of an achievement.
The HP are now correctly working in battle for both players and enemies.
The player targets are now correctly setup and updated by the tab over the player characters in battle.
The character level is properly shown in the global character menu.
